download the gpu-z program, go to winrar and turn on BenchMark if the processor frequency drops (look in gpu-z) it means overheating or Intel SpeedStep is on

I have the same crap, I set it high and it starts to freeze at 30 and there are no freezes at max, but the fps is small amd fx 6300 gtx 770 8 gb ram
