Running (Star Wars: The Old Republic)

Hello everyone. I'm tired of running slowly. I noticed how people of my level (2.3) run fast. Do I need to buy a run? Or is there some way to make it faster without buying?

Yes, but the fact is that the activation does not work. Run can only be obtained at level 10. So I asked if it was somehow possible to acquire it at level 1, like some people. Seems not.
