Transferring Saved Data from PC to PS3 (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Hello, I bought Skyrim on Steam, a long time ago, and played a pirate game for a long time, but I want to play it on PS3. And so, I ran into a problem, 1000+ hours of play cannot just sink into the water. I would be very grateful if you tell me if it is possible to transfer the save from PC to PS3
