White squares on the map (Captain of Industry)

Has anyone else encountered such a problem? Absolutely on any map, white squares, partially. This was not the case in the alpha version. Changing graphics settings didn't help either.

Update the game version to 0.4.1. I got it after the update.

Hello, playing on the map "Courland" (there is no such thing on the first island and the second), my game crashes with such a window, it can just freeze and when you press any button it will write "the game is not responding", the unit was updated, thanks for the answer.
