New Game+ (Prey (2017))

As I understand it, in the new game + only the pumped-in abilities remain, all inventory, trash, resources, weapons, chips, neuromods (as I understand it is better to spend everything before starting a new game), all this disappears.


Considering the amount of resources and if everything else in the inventory is recycled and riveted neuromods, I think it’s possible to upgrade all the abilities and start a new game + with a full upgrade.


Where can I read the description from the developers what this mode gives, I can’t find something, not even on the wiki for the game.
