Fake continuation of "Jurassic Park"

Friends, please tell me if you remember this movie. He appeared somewhere after the release of "Jurassic Park"
and before the release of the official second part. It was such a "fake" continuation, in which, it seems, raptors were being transported somewhere on a ship, a team of someone like special forces was watching the cargo, and then dinosaurs broke free. The film is weak, the plot and shooting are so-so, but it would be interesting to watch again, evaluate and find out in more detail what kind of creation it is.
