Lost all DLC (Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag)

Of the majority of the assassins, the DLCs are gone, how to get them back? I've read a lot that I'm not the only one with this problem.

I did not find a single post in Google and Yandex search engines about the loss of DLS.
Did you buy the game on Steam?

Check the game files. This function is in Steam and in Uplay, then restart.
