Everything is very bright, please help. (Fallout 4)

At the beginning, I thought that this was the norm, but after playing for 20 minutes, I realized that the game was annoying.
I understand this is a bug if there is a way to solve this problem?

Switch to a nocturnal lifestyle. And it's useful for survival, the enemies won't even see you point-blank.
