Random NPC kill (Elden Ring)

Help, I accidentally killed an NPC who is repairing a golden needle, right after I gave it to him. Can I somehow resurrect him or return the needle?

Sage Gowri? He seems to be resurrected himself, until you go through the storyline with the needle.
If not, go to the Temple of Oaths (in the lake liurnia) and choose absolution for Heavenly Dew.
