The first match hangs. (Fortnite)

I recently changed the video card to 3060. I set the settings through dzhiforsekspirians, in general, now the first entry into the game hangs the processor almost tightly. The i5 10400 processor is hammered into a hundred, in the game menu somewhere fps is 20 and the first match is already loaded at the end of the bus journey. But as soon as it loads everything is fine and all subsequent matches too. FPS 150-170 lags nothing. This happens only after the first start of the game.
What can be wrong? This was not the case with the old video card.
