black screen crash (Resident Evil: Village)

people help, i5-8400 (gtx1050-gtx1650) startup black screen crash-noted that in the
config [Render]
Capability=DirectX12 file nothing else appears after startup,

although on another PC it even starts with gtx950 and then there, config ini-files file!
no errors -nothing = any games without problems
where to dig-tried a lot of things
