Pyromantic Flame (how to get) (Dark Souls 2)

I played here and decided to become a primer, although I am a knight by birth. So that's the problem, I once sold my pyromantic flame as unnecessary. And here the hob was needed. I tried throwing a coal of hostility in a deserted pier, but after killing the boss, I found that the chest where the flame should have been was empty. Please help me to solve this problem, if there is a solution at all.
