Bug in the quest for choosing the ruler of the baraz-gund (King's Bounty: Dark Side)

Have you already bribed someone? In what order did you act in this quest?

Bribed Tofur, went to the press (done it earlier) clicked on it and accidentally clicked "I'll come back later", after which the line about Tofur disappeared in the press

Unfortunately, like many dialogues in the game, this feature is available only once per game. The only way to complete the quest is to load before this conversation.

Ok, but without the baraz-gund ruler, will it be possible to finish the game or are there quests associated with this character?

For the main quest, only the capture of Roin the squire was needed. Everything else is a bonus in the form of an army of dark gnomes and artifacts for sale.
