Choice of city-building simulator of the Middle Ages.

Please advise a good city-building simulator that covers the time period from about 1300 to 1600.

My main requirements for him are as follows:
1) a nice picture - not necessarily the newest, but not some kind of ancient graphonium;
2) attention to detail - so that you can observe both the whole city and a single person taken. As an example, a man rides on a wagon, carries the skin, brought it to the right place, unloaded it there, took it to the warehouse, then took it from there and began to make clothes from it. So that all aspects of the life of those times were fully shown, and all production cycles could be observed;
3) a minimum of war or its absence - more emphasis on peaceful life;
4) fewer tables and numbers, but more live pictures and actions;
5) a camera from above - if possible, I would like a view not like, for example, in the last Tropicos where you can fly around the city, but so that the view is from above and a little from the side, well, like in the first Tropicos, for example.

It seems to be all the people, maybe there is something similar in our time?

Banished as an option. Quite an enjoyable game.
