Timer when moving between islands (Far Cry 3)

The situation is this: I want to try to complete the game WITHOUT fast travel at all (exceptions, of course, for example, at the beginning with Dennis). And when crossing the ocean (or sea, I don’t know) there is a timer between the islands, after which the gg teleports to the nearest point of movement. Maybe there is a mod ONLY with the removal of the timer, but I did not find it, there is a hell of a mix with hardcore and the removal of the timer together, but I don’t need hardcore. If, nevertheless, there is such a mod without any crap, only with the removal of the timer, please indicate. Or maybe someone knows the name of the file in patch.dat/.fat, which is associated with the timer?
