Kind. I can't understand you, why are you blocking FPS? It's not an answer, but still. Your vertical line works quietly at 165Hz, but you limited it to 60. They write that 10 bits make themselves felt at 60Hz (although I don’t know how). It seems that you deliberately "slowed down" the matrix.

Video card 2070 does not export 2k resolution in all games, FPS from 60 to 70 often...

Duck what's the difference? You put it quietly, and you automatically get vertical synchronization to a value of 165Hz. key "TO", and no matter what FPS. There is no point in limiting.
And in general, why 165, when 175 Hz is noted in the description for it. HDR turned on? Motion blur?

Thanks for the answer
- Everything is correct, it is not necessary to lock frames, but the problem is not solved. Playing below about 85 frames is not comfortable
- monitor 165 Hz, can be overclocked to 175 (does not solve the problem)
- size in motion - off
- HDR - off

Thanks for the tip. And then I thought about buying 2k 165Hz monitors, but now I've changed my mind. Vidyuha will not produce more than 60 frames in 2k. Vidyuha 1080ti. I just broke off once with a resolution of 4K. After all, no one warned me that it is impossible to set the resolution in games less than 4k because the picture will be soapy. So it turns out that with 165Hz there are also pitfalls about which these damn reviewers are silent.

I'm sitting on 2k monica 144Hz, and 1080TI has no problems. You can lock on any number of fps. Didn't notice any blur. The only thing you can see is that the smoothness between 144 and 60 is huge.

Four golden rules
1. Medium settings
2. 1080p
3. 30 fps lock
4. V-sync

It all depends on the game, the "rule" here is the game and optimization !
