Hello, I wanted to ask if there is any kind of crack or another way with file fraud for the appearance of the Russian language on European versions of the game?

No, I bought a stupid European version of a friend of EMEA and hell, there is no Russian there, although it was written in EMEA.

I bought AC: Syndicate and AC: Rogue on my Argentinian Steam account. On the page in Steam it is indicated that there is a Russian language, but it is NOT there. Looks like the Yubiki removed the Russian language from everywhere.
