Bethesda.net error code 3:0:5 (Fallout 76)
HELP!!! Hello. I have such a problem. After transferring the game from Arbor to Steam, it appeared on Steam. Uploaded. I launch in Steam - it starts. But when logging into the game itself, an error occurs: When logging into a Bethesda.net account, the error code is 3:0:562949953421327. I understand that for some reason the game is trying to connect not through Steam, but through the Arbor or something else? What to do ? I wrote to Arbor but they are trying to send me to the Anti-Virus which I do not have and to the Firewall which I have disabled. And they also refer to the Router. What a complete nonsense of a madman. There is nothing on the Internet for my error code. I play other online games, including through Steam, there are no problems. Previously, when I played the game through the Arbor launcher, everything was fine.Shaitan4

Did the profile data from the Arbor transfer to Steam normally?

The game in Steam is not officially available in Russia (sanctions), maybe something is connected with this.

Here the situation is already like this, I have closed the ports of the game in the router. I tried to open it myself, like I opened it, but I still couldn’t get into the game. Then I called the provider through the technical service, they tried to open the ports, it did not work either. As a result, the technician said that I need to take a white ah pi. Previously played with a different router.

I don’t know how it is now, I used to play "trial" versions on the same router with a dynamic IP (did not connect a static one) - 1st time directly from the besedkovskiy launcher, 2 times through Steam. Maybe now something has changed, and a "white" IP is required - I can't check it, I never bought the game... ;)
...I used to play with another router.
There is no way to connect it again, or directly insert the cable into the LAN port of the computer?

there is no way to connect the old one back, the provider changed it and took the old one. Today I connected a static ah pi the same picture ... pipets ports are closed. I do not know what to do. On the old router I played with dynamic ah pi everything was fine.

Because most likely that's not the point, since it worked with the old router on the dynamic one too. If at the same time you have to pay extra for statics - a divorce for loot.

Who did I write for?

Is it really so difficult to test (temporarily) connect directly? - if it works without a router, solve the problem with the technical support of the provider. Since they got it when they replaced it, let them deal with it themselves, or give another one that will work (or return the old one).
SonyK_2 goes
to the router optics, I can not insert optics directly into the computer. I tried it with a cord from a router. And wifi.

Router model?
Today I again talked with the technical service of the provider, I was asked to replace the router. Customers have a lot of complaints about this model, and its software, firmware, does not work correctly.

If the router is provided for rent (no purchase required), of course it is better to replace it. It is advisable not to install it yourself, but to call a specialist from the company - let him connect it, and then immediately check in the game how it will work. If not, let him set it up, or change it again to another model.
SonyK_2 The
router was replaced free of charge. Now the ZTE F680 Master did not set anything up. The game didn't connect again, same error. Now I will try to configure the ports myself. If it doesn't work out, I'll contact the technical service again.

myself For Steam, the following ports are recommended to be opened:
Fallout 76 - Steam
TCP: 27015, 27036
UDP: 3000-3010, 27015, 27031-27036
and I have information TCP: 80,443 UDP: 3000-3010 Maybe I opened the wrong ports all this time? Where do you get information from?

80 and 443 are standard ports for http and https.
