Problem with quest (No Man's Sky)

I chose a quest with a settlement, I fly to the desired planet, and the quest is just in a volcano, and there is no way to get to it.
I've come across this before, but with a story mission, after which I stopped playing the game for a while, and started again with renewed vigor. I hoped that this was an isolated case, because I did not find anything on the Internet on this topic, but no, it happened again.

As it turns out, in each system there is a similar settlement, so the problem was solved by changing the system.

Purely out of interest, try to land a little further from such a volcano and walk on foot. There is a chance that the quest target will load on the surface.
