DLSS won't turn on (Metro Exodus)

When you try to enable DLSS, saving the settings disables DLSS. How to turn it on? Ray tracing enabled, FullHD resolution, 3060Ti card. The version of the game is not PC Enhanced Edition.

If not EE edition, neither tracing nor DLSS will work

will work there! just dlss only the first version, and use tracing only in shading, but not full as enhanced edidtion! where else and reflection with lighting works.
