Entering the game without online (Dragon's Dogma)
When I start it - it says - an error (I think so - it wants to go online, - how to get around ???)When I start the game, it gives an error - it doesn’t even go into the settings!
How to turn it off - and immediately log in?

Try to block the game from accessing the network - with a firewall, or disable the Internet before starting the game.

Why repeat yourself? - from the 1st time it is clear.

It would be nice to see a screenshot. And preferably in more detail about the game - litsuha (from where) / pirate (whose repack), etc. For example, the game is currently unavailable in Steam (sanctions), perhaps this is somehow connected with this.

Itself for a long time passed - on a pirate, 7-ke and (if I'm not mistaken) on the 2nd config from the profile. You can try to set compatibility with older versions of Windows in the shortcut properties.
