Game is blocked by User Account Control (Forza Horizon 5)

PIRATE!!! I climbed into the registry, set enableLUA to 0 (User Account Control), then the game stupidly crashed when I clicked to start the game. And when I set enableLUA to 1 (turned it back on), then the loading message appeared stupidly, wait and ad infinitum.
