Problems with the patch and saves (Elden Ring)

I had version 1.02.1, did not update from the release, I was afraid that there would be problems with the installation. And that's exactly what happened when I upgraded to 1.0.3 today. After launch, a white screen appears, then a black one, then crashes without errors. Is there any solution to this problem?

If there is no solution, will my saves (from version 1.0.2.1) fit into version 1.0.5? There is only this new version in torrents, there are no earlier versions
