Server freezes in Rust (Rust)

Here I have such a problem. I play calmly in Rust and bam the server freezes but the game itself works (it doesn’t matter on which server it is) I have a licensed Rust and I have already tried many ways to reinstall games, reset Windows, and many others. Help plz
