Flashes from explosions, lasers and more (MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries)

Good day everyone!
They are tormented in the game by constant flashes from lasers, explosions, especially when helicopters crash and DH explosions.
The eyes just pop out of their sockets.
Maybe someone has information on how to change, or better disable / remove some of the lighting effects?
