High ping in game (Fortnite)

Hello, I want to tell you that I always have a ping in fortnite 400. I tried everything: I watched different videos on how to lower the ping, but nothing helped. I live in Kamchatka and I play in Asia but I always have a high ping. Please tell me how to fix it
