Not enough goods and buyers of goods (Cities: Skylines)
This is not my first city and not the first time I encounter this problem. Maybe someone already met with this and solved this problem?There are times when everything is ok.

1. Not enough goods, means: no goods are brought to the commercial zone. The problem may be traffic jams, a poorly laid out truck route, or warehouses located far away.
2. Not enough buyers of the product, means: people from residential areas do not have the opportunity to buy goods from the commercial area. Because: small population in the area combined with commercial (green and blue must be nearby), or, see point 1.
Salyarych I will add. From the industrial zones and to the commercial zones, direct roads are laid, which are also interconnected by railways connected to the airports and the entire structure. I will also add a couple of photos.
