Text appears while scanner is running (Cyberpunk 2077)

Hi all. I launched Cyber ​​today and when I turn on the scanner this appears. Nothing like this happened on previous launches. And I never got through the story. I just launched the game and this happened. I searched the Internet for something similar, but did not find anything. I tried to convert binary code to text, but it turned out some kind of nonsense.
