Missing quick save and load buttons in settings (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Until recently, I could save and load with f5/f9, but now there are no such buttons and the function itself does not work anymore. What to do? Just logging out and back in didn't fix it, I think maybe it disappeared as a line of code in files. help me please
