DLC start problem "Blood and Wine", "Hearts of Stone" (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

passed the "new game +" and completed the "poet in disgrace" quest a long time ago, but the ads needed to start the "blood and wine" and "hearts of stone" dlc do not appear on the notice boards. help what to do?

After "A Poet in Disgrace", go through "Ciri's Story: Headlong", then it will appear on the boards. If not, then it's a game bug.
