During the game, you press Win + G to open the built-in functionality of Windows. You can take a screenshot in it.
If you play on the console, then on the gamepad there is a button between the cross and the right stick, in the form of a kind of lying bracket with an up arrow.

In general, it looks like an artifact of a graphics accelerator (vidyuhi). If reinstalling the drivers (on the PC) does not help - throw out the video. If this is on the console, and it is still under warranty, change the console. If the warranty has expired, throw it away.

And in general, it’s better to contact those support (website https://support.forzamotorsport.net/hc/en-us/categories/1500002179721-Forza-Horizon-5 ). If a pirate, well - bite your elbows.

Or did we all misunderstand you, the artifacts don't bother you, and you just want to remove the minimap?
