how to change name in killing floor (Killing Floor)

I found an article about how to go to rev.ini and change the nickname, but it does not change.
I have a pirate. I found another file, actually for pirates I also wrote User.ini, but the effect is 0.
What's the matter, maybe you need to open it through the console somehow?

after you change the name in the rev file, don't forget to save the file itself!!!

I had a straight .exe file in the pirate, which was called "Change nickname".
