I launched the volcano game, the game is stuck - now it won't start (Grand Theft Auto 4)

the problem is this
I launched GTA 4 with a volcano.
played like normal
but then the game suddenly freezes to death, after the sight of the sniper and with a sharp movement.
now it doesn’t start ....... I already tried the 2nd method with DxWrapper, and returned to the standard launch ... GTA 4 doesn’t start,
what should I do? ...... I kind of cleaned the registry
