Exotic Stocks Depleted (Assassin's Creed: Valhalla)

Have I really depleted foreign supplies? There really was a bug after update 1.5.2. if you buy an ax or a scythe from Vagn, then after some time the same axes with a scythe appear again with him. I bought this ax again for fun, as a result, they cannot be put on both hands and can be improved separately (even though they are the same) and I wasted these supplies.
