Something is blocking the RAM in the game (Valorant)

The first time I encountered such a problem, in a calm state (on the desktop) the PC eats 3GB of RAM, I go to Valorant, and on the graph I see such a picture that only 6GB of RAM is used, 5.9 - 6. A flat bar. Help, I don't even know what could be the reason. (In other games there is no such problem) only 16 GB. Because of this, a small fps, it is clear that more RAM is needed, but it seems that something is bothering her.

How can you compare other games with this non-demanding one? it consumes so much for everyone, I just watched a few videos on different systems, and everywhere the same consumption of RAM is the same as you wrote! how much do you think she should eat operas 16 or more? found a reason where there is none!
