Saving the game right after the story (Assassin's Creed: Origins)

Hello everyone, can you throw off the game save immediately after the plot, but with untouched logs of additions to the codex pirate? Or maybe there is some way to transfer the save from the license to the codex pirate? I'll be very thankful.
