Mortal Kombat 11

I ran into a problem in MK11, the essence is this: on the Russian account, the character in classic towers and in temporary towers moves as if in slow-mo, cannot jump, in local battle mode everything is fine, but on the Pendos account everything works fine (on one and the same console) reinstalling the game does not solve the problem, did they impose sanctions on me or what?)) Who else has this problem?
