I can't even find a solution for this crash. Deleted user.ltx. Reinstalled the game. It seems like another repack downloaded, reinstalled the game in 1-2 days.

Reason:
Fairly rare crash. One of the reasons is a corrupted user.ltx.
Treatment:
If you see this error, pay attention to which file was processed last, before the FATAL ERROR line, if it is user.ltx - delete it and start the game, it will create it again, though with standard settings.
