URGENT! HOW TO CHANGE THE GRAPHICS? (Pro Evolution Soccer 2017)

I play on a rather weak laptop, and therefore I can’t choose medium and high graphics in the settings, although at the same time stable 60 fps at low settings, why doesn’t the game let me at least try to make the graphics higher?
