Key mapping issues (Grand Theft Auto 5)

I'm trying to assign an action to some key, for example, to rebind the aircraft control from an attack to other keys, everything changes in the settings, but when I check nothing works and the keys that were previously on these buttons on which I bound they still work, although in they are disabled in settings.
