No update of the game (Red Dead Redemption 2)

The problem is noticed when there was news 3 gigaom patch. I have a Rockstar launcher not downloaded. Now the game crashes after loading menu for about thirty seconds. In the crash report looked version of the game, was 1207.69_dev_pc
Has anyone else faced similar problem?
