Problems with the passage of the game (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

It seems to be normal equipment, damage is 3-4k, but the protianists die from 113 hits (I thought I killed the goblin). I get one shot without Quen. Help.

mods cost? in the game settings climbed? there is an item to adjust the level of enemies to your level, because of this, some bosses are thick-skinned, I had this with genie.
