Instead of wagons, some kind of geometry. Error (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

And I reinstalled it, and demolished it FULLY, and didn’t do anything, but still, this game is fucked up.
Help me please. Windows 10, no mods for skyrim.

in short, deleting the Meshes folder helped, the issue is closed =)
