Problem with registering ronchik in games =)

Hello, for the past 2 years, I have been experiencing a problem with damage registration in FPS games.
I mainly play Apex legends, CS:GO, Warface (I used to play, I left it because of this just the same, because there this problem just infuriated me the most).

The video shows that there is blood after the hit (and the sound too), but there is no hit =| (And this is not a teammate who hit him)

Maybe I did something in adapter settings?
Or something else? I just don’t understand, I already typed a problem on the Internet, they start to overwrite something about ping, although I don’t really complain about ping (it jumps from 70 to 120, in the apex, and in the cs from 50 to 80, depending on the servers , of course)
