Chrome won't open pages

Google chrome browser stopped opening pages, other browsers work fine. I tried to reinstall, cut down the firewall and antivirus too. Previously, it did not work the first time, then after cutting it out through the process manager and restarting, it started to open, but now this does not help either. How can I fix this, no one came across?

Try on drive C to delete all folders associated with Chrome, write in the search engine, Chrome where are the folders with settings, turn on show hidden folders.

Try Dr.web CureIt to scan your computer, it looks like a trojan
