The chip of happiness, and how to cut it? (Rimworld)

I'm new to rimworld (30 Hours) and I accidentally put in a chip without knowing about the debuff. Now I want to cut it out, in any way (except for killing the colonist). I'm ready to use developer mode, and mods. If you know the desired option or mod, then let me know. I will be extremely grateful.











(I know that the chip of happiness cannot be cut out just like that, that's why I am writing this small forum, which I will close after the right answer)
