You are completely lazy there. Steam has exactly the same theme. It's because of fashion. Install Loading Screen Mod.
Option solution - "I canceled my subscription and removed the unique RICO building assets that I added yesterday. There are about a dozen buildings in total and I'm not sure which one may or may not have caused the problem, but it seems to be resolved."
Install the mod above and "The solution I found was to just write down the names of the red failing assets and either unsubscribe from them or make sure I have the latest version... or make sure they were actually installed from a missing created asset."
