Infinite loading and error-free crash to desktop (Star Wars: Battlefront 2 (2017))

I bought this toy somehow and it started. It rarely happens that I get into the main menu at all, and if I succeed, then when I start the campaign the game just closes without errors. I reinstalled several times, all the libraries and software are there, but nothing helped ..
