GT62VR 6RE Dominator Pro - Freezes, Loss of sound

Characteristics:
Processor: IntelÂ® Coreâ„¢ i7 7700HQ, 2600GHz, 4 cores
Video card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060, 8GB
RAM: 8x2 DDR4
normal components, reinstalled Windows literally today (05/14/2022)
stress tests are quite stable as far as I understand, I did the test with a donut , there was no freeze (about 20 min)
Games in which the problem occurs: CS:GO, Elden Ring, Genshin Impact
The problem started 4-5 days ago

In the photo, only the temperature of the processor, and the temperature of the video card? How loaded is the video card? If during the game the processor is loaded 100% as in the photo, then friezes are inevitable.

This is a stress test, the processor is in it and should be loaded at 100%, no matter what your percentage is powerful or weak!

There may be a problem with the hard drives! and in general it is better to test these games with system monitoring program msi afterburner! see what is loaded, and how much RAM and video memory it consumes.
