1050ti video card instantly rises above 95 degrees

The 1050ti video card on the main screen works at 40-50 degrees Celsius, and if you turn on the video as 1080hd or higher, it immediately goes to 95 degrees, what is the problem and how can I solve it

Unscrew the heatsink and change the thermal paste. The contact (clamp) disappeared between the GPU and the heatsink + dry thermal paste.

Maybe your coolers don't work at all with such a sharp jump in temperature. Even in idle time 40-50 is not enough.
